Mount Saribung 6327m. Expedition autumn 2017

Saribung Expedition

Beautiful 6327 meters elevated Mount Saribung is located in remote area of Damodar Himal and Khamjung Himal and closer to the border of China (Tibet). It is bit challenging to climb this mountain though the ascent of Saribung Peak is technically less difficult. The trekking route to this mount Saribung initially follows the Annapurna Round trek till to Koto and divides walking route into the wilds of Nar Khola Valley. The trails are rugged, at the times cutting high into some crevasses sides & pass villages which have changed little over the past years. Trek to Phu village and then walk to mount Saribung Base Camp to reach Saribung peak. To return back from the peak, we should follow the same route back to Shyange & drive back to Kathmandu.
